Assistant Manager (AR) - 11mths, up $6200

Daily

• Data validation - IRIS sub system's interface to WorkDay (WD)
• Incoming fund receipting and cash applications
• Ad-hoc bank transactions (AHBTs) in WD
• Accounting journals
• Billings
• supporting queries from stakeholders - internal and external

Weekly/ monthly/ Ad-hoc

• Tracking the open tickets raised for IRIS, pending resolution of issues on the interface to WD from billing sub system
• cost charge billings to AIVF, cost charge billings to other entities (secondment related)
• Monthly validation of DNC reporting against WD (journals and receipts)
• Sandbox, UAT testing
• Audit schedules for other receivables, billing in advance (DNC unused credits)
• AGTO computation for SBO, FBO; reconciliations
• Team projects - SOP review, process improvement initiatives, etc
• supporting queries from stakeholders - internal and external
• works and duties as required to support the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services.
• Hands-on experience with billing, receipting, cash applications, and journal entries.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems such as Workday is highly preferred.
