Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Analysis & Support
- Act as the liaison between business teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Technical) and IT for all Salesforce-related enhancements.
- Gather requirements, develop user stories, map business processes, and maintain documentation.
- Assist in integration between Salesforce and internal systems (SAP, NPI, MES,etc)
- Conduct UAT planning, testing, training, and adoption support.
- Monitor data quality and work with business owners to maintain CRM hygiene.
2. NPI (New Product Introduction) Process Digitalization
- Support end-to-end visibility and data flow in NPI processes:
- Define KPIs and reporting requirements for NPI dashboards.
- Coordinate between R&D, engineering, quality, regulatory, supply chain, andcommercial teams.
3. Support creation and enhancement of low-code applications, including:
- Low Code-based workflow digitization
Responsibilities include:
- Requirements gathering and design documentation
- Testing, debugging, and enhancements
- Data integration mapping
- Coordinating with developers or external vendors
- Training and rollouts
4. Reporting, Dashboards & Data Enablement
- Support creation of Power BI dashboards for Sales, NPI and Management reporting.
- Maintain data dictionaries, ensure KPI definitions are standardized.
- Perform basic SQL or dataset validation as needed.
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate improvements.
- Work with Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities for pipeline,opportunity, and customer insights.
5. Light AI/Automation Support simple AI-driven improvements such as:
- Salesforce Einstein insights (opportunity scoring, recommended actions)
- Document classification and OCR for NPI intake forms
- Predictive indicators for NPI delays or customer escalations
- Knowledge of Pythons and ChatGPT API integration
- Coordinate feasibility analysis, testing, adoption, and usage tracking.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or CRM/ProcessAnalyst.
- Experience supporting Salesforce (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) includingconfiguration, workflows, reports, and data structure.
- Hands-on exposure to low-code platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, OutSystems,or equivalent).
- Strong business process mapping skills (BPMN, flow charts, AS-IS/TO-BE).
- Experience with NPI or product lifecycle workflows in a manufacturing context(advantageous).
- Ability to create/maintain dashboards using Power BI or Salesforce Reports.
- Understanding of data integration basics (APIs, data objects, common reference fields).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Familiarity with AI/automation concepts is a bonus (not mandatory).
