Software Engineer - MNC SEMICON

Job Scope

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective and scalable software solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement software applications that support advanced automated systems, including AI-integrated optical inspection equipment used in high-precision industrial environments.

• Develop and maintain multi-threaded applications within a Windows environment, utilizing technologies such as Visual C++ to ensure reliable system performance, responsiveness, and stability.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field service engineers by analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate software solutions to ensure smooth operation of deployed systems.

• Continuously review, enhance, and optimize existing software systems to improve performance, maintainability, and operational efficiency while supporting ongoing product improvements.

• Expand technical expertise by gaining exposure to related technologies such as industrial automation, motion control systems, machine vision, and inspection technologies used in advanced manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and best practices

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
