Job Description
Manage the QA teams in Incoming and Outgoing inspections, Value-Add processes, customer and supplier quality issues.
Responsibilities:-
- Lead and provide support to the QA Manager in the QA functions.
- Assist the QA Manager in the implementation of the company’s certificated quality and management systems.
- Assist the QA Manager to manage customer audits as and when required.
- Perform supplier quality system audit when necessary
- Perform monthly QA performance report
- Interpret rejection criteria and evaluate rejected material
- Manage supplier and customer quality issues.
- Manage the value-add process and implement controls to ensure the quality of the product.
- Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, quality, regulatory or any compliance issues.
- Manage the calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
- Assign Exim part number for new items
- Other duties as assigned
