Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations. This role supports management and staff by handling documentation, scheduling, coordination, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Clerical Support • Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, correspondence, and document preparation. • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, letters). • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, and presentation materials. Office Operations • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. • Oversee office equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors/service providers. • Ensure a well‑organized, clean, and efficient workspace environment. Support to HR/Finance • Assist with onboarding arrangements (e.g., preparation of documents, orientation setup) • Support basic HR and administrative processes such as maintaining staff records. • Help with expense claims, invoices, and simple procurement tasks. Requirements Qualifications • Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus. Skills & Competencies • Strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism. • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
