Job Description
• Assist the lawyer in preparing, reviewing, and drafting legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, court documents, corporate filings).
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation or client advisory work.
• Organize and maintain case files, legal databases, and document management systems.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on legal and administrative matters.
• Attend meetings, hearings, or client interviews with the lawyer, taking notes and preparing summaries.
• Monitor deadlines, filing dates, and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Provide administrative support to the lawyer, including scheduling and correspondence.
