Job Description
Take full responsibility for the entire process of the company's accounting management, including voucher verification, accounting entry, account - reality reconciliation, and report preparation.
Strictly comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting processing.
Efficiently complete the monthly closing work, timely prepare financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, providing clear financial data support for the management.
Regularly organize accounting self - inspection and review, formulate optimization plans for identified problems, and continuously improve the efficiency of accounting processing.
Lead the construction of the company's financial software and carry out customized design and development of software functions in combination with the company's business characteristics and financial needs.
Coordinate with the IT department and software suppliers to complete financial system construction and data migration to ensure the smooth launch and operation of the software.
Responsible for the daily maintenance and upgrade of financial software, establish a sound software maintenance mechanism, timely handle faults and problems in the operation of the software, and ensure the continuity of financial work.
Participate in the company's strategic planning and daily operation decisions and provide key basis for decisions with professional financial analysis capabilities.
Responsible for comprehensive calculation and analysis of the project's profitability, cash flow status and return on investment.
Requirements:
Diploma and above in Accounting, Economics, Finance and/or equivalent.
With at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management.
Strong knowledge of financial, technical, and economic concepts.
Familiar with regional regulatory compliance.
Excellent Leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives.
