⁠ Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer – Windows 11 Migration Specialist​​​​​​​

Summary:

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a 3 months contract in Singapore, specifically in the Central Region. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in computer skills (Windows11), system administration, server migration, and IT infrastructure management. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring their reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
• Manage server migration projects to upgrade and optimize our systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Poly / ITE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in computer skills (Windows 11), system administration, server migration, and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
• End-user support during Windows 11 migration
• Pre & post-migration support and testing
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware & applications
• Incident logging & tracking in ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Coordinate with desktop/admin & global teams
• Participate in migration calls & daily reporting
• Flexible shifts (weekends / early / late hours as needed)
• Strong Windows 10/11 end-user support experience
• Exposure to OS migration projects preferred

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Contract – 3 Months duration; potential deployment in other engagements post the contract
• Work Mode: On-site
• Location: Central Region, Singapore
• Salary Range: $3200 to $3800 per month; late or shift allowances will be provided
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners / two weeks’ notice
