You will be responsible for the global tools, process, and people development needed to most effectively and expertly enable Apple and our partners to maximize demand. You will closely collaborate with and influence key groups (SDM, Sales, Marketing, Readiness) on strategic decisions and present updates to executive leadership.

Operations Readiness (role: WW Readiness Program Manager): As a member of the Ops Readiness team, you will lead complex, global projects bringing Apple’s newest products to market by partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Channel Sales, and Retail teams. Influence business partners in the development of a launch strategy and execution plan that optimizes operational capabilities, mitigates risk, and ensures Apple delivers an extraordinary customer experience.
