Job Purpose

The System Analyst will support the Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLX) initiative within UOB Group Technology & Operations. The role focuses on technical implementation, integration, automation, and operational readiness of certificate management solutions across enterprise infrastructure, ensuring security compliance and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical implementation of Certificate Manager (CLX) in UAT and Production environments

• Configure and validate CLX capabilities, including agentless discovery of TLS certificates across Linux and Windows platforms

• Support integration with enterprise systems such as:

  • Microsoft Certificate Authority (MCA)

  • CyberArk PAM (PWV)

  • ITSM platforms (Helix)

• Develop and maintain scripts and automation for certificate deployment, renewal, validation, and reporting

• Perform troubleshooting during certificate discovery, deployment, and renewal phases

• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational controls, and change management procedures

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for BAU teams

• Support BAU transition and post-implementation stabilization activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or application support roles

• Hands-on experience managing TLS/SSL certificates across enterprise environments

• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems

• Solid understanding of:

  • PKI concepts

  • TLS/SSL protocols

  • Keystores (JKS, PKCS12)

  • Certificate lifecycle processes

• Proficiency in Shell scripting and PowerShell for automation

• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident/change/problem management

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Venafi, CyberArk PAM, or similar certificate lifecycle tools

• Experience integrating systems via APIs, SSH, WinRM, and agentless connectivity

• Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools such as Geneos and Splunk

• Experience working in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
