Job Title: IT Operations / ServiceNow Support Engineer

Job Description

The role is responsible for supporting operational systems in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The candidate will be involved in day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational systems to meet agreed SLAs

• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities

• Monitor systems using provided monitoring tools and raise alerts when required

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues in a timely manner

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, operational reports, and logs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an End User / IT Operations environment

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (strongly preferred)

• Good understanding of incident handling, monitoring, and operational support

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Pro-active, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and conceptual thinking

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
