Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Technical Support Assistant to join our Technical Team. This individual will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate shall be technically inclined, have a strong understanding of networking, combined with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare clear and detailed technical documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
- Conduct product and solution presentations or technical training.
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols to support troubleshooting and solution delivery
- Basic understanding of network security practices and firewalls to ensure secure technical support.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent to meet technical knowledge requirements.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the region to support customer and project needs.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers.
