Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of company accounting experience
- Strong skills in financial record management, account reconciliation, and preparing financial statements
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and payroll processing
- Liaise with external auditor for preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) preferred and spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Relevant certifications in accounting
- Having relevant work experience in the Legal industry will be a plus
- Able to work nights; early morning shifts also desirable but not required. (aka. able to work US hours)
- Candidates must be currently authorized to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
