Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-set accounting, including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare and review management accounts and financial analysis to support business and strategic decision-making.
- Manage payment processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and approval policies.
- Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and financial position of the company.
- Oversee GST, corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and coordinate external audits.
- Establish, enhance, and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance experience; prior experience in trading or corporate environment is advantageous.
- Strong integrity, professional ethics, and a high sense of responsibility with good teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
