Job Description
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across our product function. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor performance, and implement improvements to ensure product delivery is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily product operations, ensuring smooth workflows, consistent processes, and timely delivery of initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report on key product and business metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and reports to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
Identify operational gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Design, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Support resource planning, prioritization, and operational forecasting for product initiatives.
Drive initiatives that improve product quality, user experience, and overall operational efficiency.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Operations & Data, or similar roles within a technology company.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, data reporting, and operational insights.
Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
Proven experience in process improvement, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools and operational systems is a plus.
