Program Manager / Engineer (Semiconductor or Precision Engineering | East)

We are looking for driven and experienced Program Manager and Program Engineer to support key programs within the semiconductor sector. You will play a critical role in managing end‑to‑end program execution, ensuring engineering excellence, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions for semiconductor customers.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management

• Develop and manage detailed project/program plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, NPI, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain.
• Ensure programs supporting semiconductor customers are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive risk management, technical reviews, and issue resolution throughout the development cycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Engineering & Technical Support (Program Engineer focus)

• Provide engineering expertise for semiconductor‑related projects, ensuring manufacturability and precision.
• Support prototype builds, feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and process validation.
• Collaborate with engineers on CNC machining, micro‑fabrication, metrology, and high‑precision component development.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables meet strict semiconductor quality requirements.

Quality & Compliance

• Implement quality control processes aligned with semiconductor industry standards.
• Support testing, inspection, validation, and failure analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder, Customer & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for semiconductor clients regarding project updates.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement on vendor selection, tenders, and performance management.

Financial, Operational & Performance Governance

• Track project budgets, CapEx/OpEx requirements, and cost performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for leadership and customers.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements
Program Manager

• 5 - 7 years of project management experience in precision manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA is a plus.

Program Engineer

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project engineering within precision manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC machining, micro‑fabrication, CAD/CAM, or metrology is an advantage.
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA is a plus.

Both positions

• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple semiconductor programs simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.

Additional Information

• Location: Singapore (East)
• Compensation Structure: No AWS; variable bonus scheme
• Remuneration: Based on candidate’s experience and leveling
