Job Description
- Location: North Central Part of Singapore
- Mondays to Fridays, Office Hours
- Basic salary up to $5000 per month with good benefits
An established and leading public healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team in delivering patient-centred care to the community!
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact to liaise with relevant agencies on Emergency Preparedness matters
- Ensure organization is operationally ready for emergencies (e.g. Pandemic outbreak, National Emergencies, Civil emergencies, electricity shutdown etc) and to support the nation in the event of any such emergencies
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to conduct table-top or full-scale exercises. Drills to test the current SOP for emergency preparedness and make any necessary improvements
- Organize and conduct periodic briefings/ trainings on emergency preparedness and security matters as per required
- Propose security initiatives to Senior management and communicate and implement these initiatives to the organization
- Review and enhance security measures as and when necessary
- Ensure that the organization has require items that provide security to the personnel in the premise
- Conduct table-top and full-scale exercise to ensure readiness of response to such situations
- Use data and tools to enhance decision making and ensure initiatives are more effective
- Develop, implement and maintain Key performance Indicators and related reports to provide meaningful feedback on EP/ Security Operations Performance
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Emergency Preparedness/ Crisis Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with a diverse range of people and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
