Test Program Manager (Enterprise & Data Domain) – Contract Role

NTT DATA is hiring an experienced Test Program Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end testing delivery for enterprise and data-driven programs within the banking domain.

This role is responsible for managing test service providers, driving governance, and ensuring high-quality test outcomes across large-scale system integration initiatives.

This is a contract role with NTT DATA.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of testing services across Enterprise, Shared Platform & Data programs
• Manage and oversee daily test service delivery by appointed vendors/suppliers
• Review, provide feedback, and sign off on test strategies, test plans, and related artefacts
• Ensure adherence to testing governance, standards, methodologies, and tools
• Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues
• Track, manage, and report testing status, SLAs, KPIs, and overall portfolio health
• Coordinate with stakeholders across application, security, infrastructure, business, and data teams
• Manage scope changes and ensure impact is reflected in test plans
• Drive collaboration for test planning and delivery across multiple projects
• Support testing transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Test Engineering teams to align domain-specific test requirements
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Program/Test Management
• Strong experience in system integration and interfacing projects
• Proven experience managing vendor-led testing delivery in large enterprises
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services domain (Enterprise & Data programs)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
