Responsibilities

Lead the recommendation, development, and implementation of the company’s technology strategy and roadmap to support business growth and transformation objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements that align with organizational goals
Develop architectural frameworks and models that guide design and implementation to achieve targeted business solution outcomes
Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical and application delivery teams during design reviews and implementation phases to ensure quality and alignment with strategy
Ensure all technology solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with industry best practices and standards
Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend adoption strategies, and influence IT innovation within the organization
Conduct comprehensive technology reviews and assessments to identify improvements and optimize the company’s technology infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance and information security policies that protect organizational assets and data integrity

Required competencies and certifications

Certified TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP professional
Certified Architect with expertise in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong understanding of On-Premise ICT architectures, integration methods, and best practices for building scalable, high-performance systems
In-depth knowledge of web security protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSL/TLS, including best practices for authentication, authorization, and data privacy
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud architecture principles, infrastructure-as-code, cloud security best practices, and cost optimization strategies
Experience with modern web technologies including RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information & Communication Technologies (ICT), Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and supporting complex IT system projects and/or large ICT solutions as an Enterprise Architect
Familiarity with Government / Enterprise related practices such as IM8, GCC 2.0, GCC+, and HCC
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated in complex IT environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments as a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
