Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in configuration validation, functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to track requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Support change management activities including user training, communication, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide Level 2 application support post-implementation, including issue analysis, impact assessment, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, security policies, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or ERP projects.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project support environment.
