We are building cutting-edge AI solutions that help organisations navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (Public Affairs, Business Intelligence, and Risk). We are looking for an AI Engineer who thrives in the space between "bleeding-edge research" and "production-grade engineering."

In this role, you won't just follow a roadmap; you will help define it. You will pivot between rapid prototyping and building robust, scalable systems, depending on the mission at hand. You deliver real-world impact in Stakeholder Intelligence and Issue/Opportunity Monitoring.

What You'll Do (The Spectrum of Impact):

• 🏗️ Architect & Scale: Design and maintain intelligent data pipelines. Whether it’s a lean PoC or a high-throughput production system, you own the flow from noise to insight.
• 👩‍🔬 AI-Accelerated Engineering: Lead our "Expert-in-the-loop" philosophy. Use coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to multiply your output, while ensuring rigorous code quality. Zero tolerance for "Vibe-coding" - we build on logic and guardrails.
• 🤝 Agentic Systems: Develop and deploy sophisticated multi-agent workflows. You’ll be responsible for making these systems more autonomous, reliable, and grounded in real-world data.
• 🔭 Tech Scouting & Integration: Don’t just watch the news; implement it. Evaluate emerging tools (e.g., OpenClaw 🦞🔒) and determine where they fit in our stack to give us a competitive edge.
• 🎏 Model Lifecycle: Own the development and optimisation of ML models. You’ll move between fine-tuning existing models and architecting new ways to distil actionable stakeholder insights.
• 🚀 Full-Stack Mentality: Take ownership of the "Whole Product." One day, you might be optimising a RAG pipeline; the next, you’re refining the API layer or the agent’s reasoning logic.

Global Collaboration (Sync vs. Async)

• Collaboration Stack: We are heavy users of Slack, JIRA, and Confluence. You will manage your tasks transparently to support global visibility.
• Synchronous Flow: Core overlapping hours are dedicated to mentorship, code reviews, business requirements alignment and architectural syncs.
• Asynchronous Power: We value documentation and clear ticketing so you can maintain deep-focus time and move the mission forward independently.

Technical Foundation & Background:

• The Profile: Bachelor’s in CS/Math or equivalent. More importantly: A track record of shipping. We value a GitHub full of "messy but working" experiments over a pristine but empty resume.
• The Stack: Professional-level Python, experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.), and a deep understanding of Agentic/RAG architectures.
• Cloud & MLOps: Comfortable with GCP/AWS and modern CI/CD. You should know how to get your code into the world, not just "run it on my machine."
• Language: Sharp English communication skills for a global, remote-friendly team.

Hiring Process: 

• 1st round: Hire Manager Interview - Video (25 minutes)
• 2nd round: Take-home assignment (1 Week turnaround)
• 3rd round: Technical In-Person Interview (45 mins) + Team Fit Interview (20 mins)
• Final Interview: CEO + HR (1h)
