Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases, using industry-standard methodologies.
Design wireframes, mockups, and process flows to illustrate business and system requirements.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders using tools such as Figma to review and refine application designs.
Extract, transform, and prepare data using appropriate data querying and reporting tools to support business requirements.

Create test scenarios and test cases; conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and system testing.
Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment support.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery; assist in testing, implementation, and rollout of solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and project managers.
Perform other project-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge of SDLC, Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and project implementation is an advantage.
Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using tools such as Figma (or similar UI/UX tools).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
