[Entry] Data Analyst Officer - up $3300, yearly renewable contract

• Work closely with project management team on survey leads distribution process
• Collate and provide update regular operations reports including but not limited to daily call reports (outbound and inbound), attendance report, call outcome report
• Generate business reports
• Support project team to collate and update KPI log tracker to track performance both at individual level and team level
• Provide admin support as and when required
• Adhere to required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in operations

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• Someone with Advanced Excel skills
