about the Job

Join the AI Center of Excellence to architect transformative AI solutions with a focus on Conversation Intelligence. You will turn unstructured data into actionable business strategies.

• AI Initiatives: Design and scale LLM/RAG pipelines to solve complex business problems for customer-facing teams.

• Model Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end deployment, prompt governance, and performance monitoring of LLM-based models.

• Behavioral Analytics: Analyze interaction logs to identify friction points, customer sentiment, and drivers of churn or conversion.

• Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and causal inference to validate AI-driven interaction strategies.

skills & experience required

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML, specifically with unstructured data and NLP.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama), RAG architecture, and embeddings-based retrieval.

• Expertise in sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and intent classification.

• Strong background in supervised learning, clustering, and experimental design.
