Job Introduction
This role will station @ UIC Building starting on 23rd March 2026
Working Schedule
Mondays to Fridays : from 0830 to 1730 hours (9 hours per day);
Nil on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays & Public Holidays;
Job Responsibility
• Handle external / internal telephone calls and replying messages in a proactive and professional manner
• Greet guests and handle general reception duties
• Handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Administer visitors registration and temporary access card / visitor badge for temporary / overseas staff / visitors / contractors
• Date stamping, letter sorting, administer incoming faxes, outgoing mails, courier arrangements and postage
• Arrange overseas couriers
• Daily management of meeting rooms and preparing meeting facilities and provisions
• Assist in catering arrangement and office events, e.g. coffee / tea for meetings and in-house lunches
• Monitor and keep reception area tidy
• Maintain conference / meeting rooms and front-office neat
• Keep-up-to-date of contact list and telephone directory
• Providing general administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Circulate building management email to all staff
• Despatch Policy Documents: soft copy & hard copy for direct customers
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ receptionist experience in MNC
• Good communication in English
• Good customer services skills
• Business attire for the position is required
