Senior Advanced Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Software Engineer with strong expertise in software implementation, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and server management. The role involves providing remote and on-site technical support to clients, managing in-house servers and data backups, and handling critical issues, including after working hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain software applications and packages
• Install and troubleshoot hardware components and systems
• Perform network configuration, connectivity testing, and issue resolution
• Manage and maintain in-house servers
• Perform data backups (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and ensure data security
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
• Provide remote support to clients for technical issues
• Visit client sites for issue resolution when required
• Provide after-hours and on-call support for critical client issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in software implementation and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of networking concepts and connectivity testing
• Experience in server administration and data backup management
• Ability to work independently and handle critical situations
• Good communication and client-handling skills
