Logistics cum Technical Support

Job Description

1. Possess strong knowledge of Maxhub products and provide effective technical support

2. Liaise with partners to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

3. Coordinate with partners and clients on goods issuance, delivery, and related arrangements

4. Assist in planning and scheduling of deliveries, installations, and support activities

5. Support warehouse operations, including warehouse setup, organization, and management

6. Manage stock arrangement, inventory control, and issuance of Delivery Orders

7. Provide operational support for all Maxhub-related activities to ensure smooth business operations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

• Relevant experience in technical support, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred

• Good knowledge of Maxhub products or similar hardware solutions, with hands-on troubleshooting experience

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying, reporting, and inventory or operational tracking

• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with partners, clients, and internal teams

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain accurate records and documentation

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to provide operational and on-site support when required
