Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of ClassIn in Singapore. Your mission is to build brand authority, engage the educator community, and transform complex product features into compelling success stories.

You will be responsible for the "Top of the Funnel"—generating leads through high-impact events—and the "Bottom of the Funnel"—validating our value through deep-dive customer interviews and polished case studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Promotion & Strategy: Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase ClassIn’s brand awareness among Singapore’s educational institutions and training providers.

  • Event Leadership: Plan and lead industry seminars, webinars, and roadshows. You will represent ClassIn at major EdTech conferences (e.g., EduTECH Asia) to showcase our hardware and software synergy.

  • Solution Storytelling: Interview key clients (Professors, IT Directors, School Principals) to understand their pain points. You will translate these insights into high-quality Case Studies, White Papers, and Video Testimonials.

  • Content Localization: Adapt global brand messaging for the Singapore market, ensuring our solutions resonate with local pedagogical standards and "Smart Campus" initiatives.

  • Community Engagement: Build a network of "ClassIn Ambassadors" within the Singapore teaching community to foster peer-to-peer advocacy.

  • Lead Generation Support: Work closely with the Sales team to provide them with the collateral, evidence, and market insights they need to close high-value deals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in B2B Marketing, Content Strategy, or Solutions Marketing, preferably within the EdTech or ICT sector in Singapore.

  • Storytelling Ability: Exceptional writing and interviewing skills. You must be able to turn a technical implementation into a narrative about "improved learning outcomes."

  • Event Management: Proven track record of organizing and hosting professional corporate or educational events (both physical and virtual).

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends in Singapore and identify where ClassIn’s hardware/software solutions fit best.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of published case studies, articles, or marketing campaign results.

  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for client interviews and the confidence to present in front of large audiences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of high-quality case studies produced per quarter.

  • Lead generation and attendee engagement from hosted events.

  • Brand sentiment and share of voice in the Singapore EdTech market.
