Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects, including new insurance product launches

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality targets

• Plan and execute product launch activities in coordination with business, technology, and operations teams

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

• Manage stakeholder communication, including sponsors and steering committees

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation

• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and delivery commitments

• Track milestones, manage changes, and re-baseline plans as required

• Provide accurate project status, financial, and performance reporting

• Ensure proper project closure, documentation, and handover post-launch

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in relevant field is required.

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Project Management

• Proven end-to-end project management experience, including product launch delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and strong experience in Insurance domain

• Expertise in risk, issue, and change management

• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party delivery

• Solid financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification with strong leadership and team management skills
