• Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.45pm (Wed WFH)
• Bendemeer
• UP $5,200 Basic + VB (UP 2.5 Months) + Mobile Allowance (UP $130)

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term innovation plans and manage the entire product lifecycle to drive growth.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and competitive data to optimize the product portfolio, identify new opportunities, and strengthen product differentiation in the region.
• Integrate consumer research, testing, and insights into the product development process to ensure market relevance and success.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, QA, and Finance to deliver projects on schedule, ensuring products are feasible, meet brand standards, and comply with regional regulations.
• Provide clear product briefs and strategic direction to the Marketing team, ensuring all launch materials and messaging are aligned with the product strategy.
• Develop and distribute communication toolkits to regional teams, ensuring consistent adaptation and execution of product strategies across markets.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years working experiences in Product Management with regional exposure in FMCG.
