Job Description:
- Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager in reviewing maintenance contract and agreement and novate to Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd
- Liaise with various contractors for repair/maintenance/modification jobs
- Ensure Service and maintenance of all equipment in the facility is carried out in a timely manner and in the event of breakdowns
- Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager to ensure compliance to regulatory requirement
- Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Arrangement of Annual inspection and load test of lifting equipment
- Assist the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager in any on-going project works
- Any other tasks assign by the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager
Requirement:
- Diploma/ Degree in Building/Engineering field with 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional experience 6+ years, with relevant functional experience
- Read, write and speaking ability of English is a must
- Action-oriented, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
- Strong organization skills as well as eye for details
- Ability to multitask and manage/lead a team
- Highly motivated team player who is able to work effectively on her own and as part of a wider cross functional team
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic, high-energy individual with good interpersonal skills at all levels
