Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis & Design: Translate business needs into technical and design specifications; collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives.
Application Architecture: Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance application structures, including modules, data flow, and integration points.
UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface layouts ensuring intuitive and accessible user experiences.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, workflows, APIs, and data models; maintain version control.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure design feasibility and quality; participate in design reviews.
Testing & Validation: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and validate that implementations meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet security, accessibility, and organizational or regulatory standards.

Competencies / Skills:

Hands-on experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, and AI models (e.g., LLM, YOLO).
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Expertise in application architecture, integration, and API design.
Proficiency in UI/UX principles, cloud platforms, and system integration.
Ability to troubleshoot design issues, propose solutions, and make sound technical decisions.
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
