This role focuses on conducting workplace investigations across the APAC region, ensuring fairness, compliance, and integrity across global operations. 🔍 Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end investigations involving: • Discrimination • Harassment • Retaliation • Bullying • Conflicts of interest • Financial & accounting misconduct • Other policy violations • Develop investigation strategies while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and legal compliance • Prepare fact-based investigation reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations • Handle multiple investigations simultaneously and ensure timely closure • Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure fair and consistent outcomes 🛠 Required Skills & Experience • Experience:8+ years of experience conducting global workplace investigations • Preferably in private or publicly traded companies • Technical Skills:Email search tools • Salesforce • Online research tools • Case management systems (NAVEX EthicsPoint preferred) • Professional Competencies:Strong judgment and emotional intelligence • Ability to work cross-functionally • Stakeholder trust-building capability • Communication:Excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to present defensible, fact-based conclusions 🎓 Education & Certifications • Jurisdiction:Juris Doctor (JD) or international equivalent – Preferred, not mandatory • Certifications:AWI or CFE – Preferred, not mandatory
