IT Network Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITY

Drive product success by bringing the product to users

• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.

• Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.

• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.

• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.

• Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix

bugs.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Experience in building digital products.

• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.

• End to end experience working with product team to build products.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute

taking and technical writing.

• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.

• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize

effectively to meet tight deadlines.

• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional

are a plus.

• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.

• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
