Senior Executive, Governance & PMO (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to support daily security operations, vulnerability management, phishing simulations, security awareness programs, and enterprise security platforms. The role will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture and support ongoing security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts, incidents, and SOC notifications.
• Investigate security events and support incident response activities.
• Prepare monthly security and threat reports.

• Plan and execute phishing simulation campaigns.
• Coordinate cybersecurity awareness training and user education programs.
• Track and report phishing campaign results.

• Monitor and track vulnerability remediation activities.
• Work with IT teams to ensure timely closure of security gaps.
• Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.

• Support and manage cybersecurity platforms including:Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)Identity & Access Management (IAM)Email Security, DLP, and Secure Web Gateway solutions
• Assist with security policy reviews, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.

• Support security audits, access reviews, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and project updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on cybersecurity or IT security experience.
• Experience in:Security monitoring and incident responseVulnerability managementPhishing simulations and security awareness programsEndpoint and identity security platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Entra ID, ManageEngine, SIEM, or related security solutions.
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, PDPA, or PCI-DSS.
• Security certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
