Benefits • Performance-related incentives • Annual salary increment based on performance • 2% Medical Allowance • Salary range: $3,500 - $6,000 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our IT and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting the successful implementation of our products. While prior sales experience is preferred, we also welcome individuals with a strong interest in the IT industry and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals • Present and demonstrate IT/POS solutions to clients • Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical and implementation) to ensure smooth project delivery • Provide after-sales support and address client enquiries • Prepare invoices and follow up on payments • Support ad-hoc tasks related to sales and business operations Requirements • Diploma or Degree in any discipline • Candidates with or without sales experience are welcome to apply • Interest in IT solutions or POS systems is preferred • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
