DevOps Engineer

Job Description Accountabilities • Maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure. • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to enable reliable and automated deployments. • Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (e.g., EKS). • Monitor system performance and reliability, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation, security, and continuous delivery practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles. • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS). • Strong experience in CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins, and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). • Solid understanding of system administration, networking, and security best practices. • Experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation. • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
