Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support AS400 application development and de-migration initiatives in the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AS400 de-migration and application enhancement projects.
- Analyse and maintain RPG/RPGLE, COBOL/400, CL/CLLE programs and DB2/400 databases.
- Manage batch jobs, file transfers, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC and change management processes.
- Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in AS400/IBM i development and support.
- Strong experience in RPG/RPGLE, COBOL/400, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
