Compliance Associate (AML & KYT)

As Compliance Analyst at Antalpha, you'll support AML investigations, conduct KYT reviews, and help strengthen the compliance infrastructure behind one of Asia's fastest-growing institutional digital asset platforms. This is a hands-on role with real exposure. What You'll Do • Conduct KYT reviews and on-chain transaction monitoring for institutional clients — flag, investigate, escalate • Support KYC/CDD/EDD reviews for onboarding and periodic due diligence • Assist with AML investigations, STR preparation, and case documentation • Help maintain and improve compliance procedures, checklists, and internal playbooks • Contribute to internal AML training materials and awareness initiatives • Support regulatory reporting, submissions, and compliance operations What You Bring Must-Have • 1–4 years in AML compliance, financial crime investigations, or a related compliance function • Hands-on experience with KYT tools — Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, or similar blockchain analytics platforms • Solid understanding of MAS AML/CFT requirements and KYC standards • Structured thinker — comfortable working through ambiguous cases and documenting reasoning clearly • Collaborative and communicative — you flag issues early, not late Nice-to-Have • Prior exposure to crypto exchanges, DPT service providers, or digital asset businesses • Experience with AML case management systems or compliance workflow tools • CAMS certification or equivalent AML qualification in progress or completed
