As a Concierge (Bell-Hop) , we rely on you to: • Assist guests with luggage handling to ensure smooth arrivals and departures • Deliver and collect luggage promptly to meet guest schedules • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a hospitable farewell at departure • Fulfil guest requests professionally and within expected timeframes • Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve service quality • Contribute to creating memorable hotel experiences through attentive service We Are Looking For Someone Who • Demonstrate pride in hospitality and hotel service • Show enthusiasm for interacting with guests and customers • Preferably possess relevant hotel experience • Willing to work shifts If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
