Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Manager based in Singapore. The Country Manager will oversee the operations and business development activities in Singapore, ensuring efficient project execution and achieving key performance targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading project teams, monitoring project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Country Manager will also identify new growth opportunities, nurture partnerships, and represent the company locally to maintain a strong market presence.
Qualifications
• Leadership and team management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Skills in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis to identify and secure growth opportunities.
• Engineering expertise, particularly in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of design optimization and project management principles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and compliance with local regulations effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for representing the company to stakeholders and fostering trust with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in using modern engineering and project management tools; knowledge of digital infrastructure and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a higher degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the construction and infrastructure sector in Singapore, including local market trends and regulatory requirements.
