About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at NinjaOne, you are the technical backbone of our Singapore Commercial organisation. You bring calm authority and deep platform expertise to our most demanding customer engagements, operating across the full pre- and post-sales lifecycle.
You are the go-to resource when Account Executives need technical depth beyond the standard SE remit — called upon for high-complexity deals, escalation-level post-sales support, and mentorship of junior team members. This role represents the top of the Commercial SE individual contributor ladder, and the primary stepping stone to specialist or leadership tracks.

What You’ll be Doing
Pre-Sales Technical Support
Engage on high-complexity deals at the request of Account Executives, delivering advanced technical presentations, POC design, and solution architecture
Answer escalated technical questions from prospects requiring deep product, integration, or infrastructure knowledge
Support AEs through technical discovery for complex environments – MSP, multi-site, multi-product, or regulated industries
Represent NinjaOne at trade shows, partner events, and webinars across the APAC region
Post-Sales Customer Engagement
Own the complete post-sale technical journey for Tier 0 and Tier 1 accounts: onboarding delivery, product training sessions, live Q&As, and technical refreshers
Design and deliver onboarding programmes for large-scale or strategically significant deployments, including multi-product or complex integration scenarios
Act as an escalation point for post-sales issues that exceed the capabilities of SE I or SE II team members
Team Enablement & Mentorship
Coach and develop junior SEs (ASE through SE II), sharing technical depth, customer handling skills, and deal strategy
Review and contribute to internal knowledge base content, playbooks, and enablement materials
Deliver internal enablement sessions on new features, integrations, and competitive positioning
Cross-Functional Contribution
Provide structured feedback to Product Management and Engineering – acting as the voice of the customer for Commercial's most complex use cases
Collaborate with Marketing on webinar content, product messaging, and APAC-relevant positioning
Partner with Enablement and Support to surface recurring process gaps and recommend improvements
About You
4 to 7 years of experience as a Solutions/Sales Engineer, with a consistent track record across pre- and post-sales
Demonstrably within the top tier of team KPIs – conversion rates, CSAT, and technical engagement volumes
Deep platform expertise across the NinjaOne product suite, with working knowledge of at least one specialist area (RMM, Backup, Ticketing, Endpoint Security, or MDM)
Proven ability to navigate complex customer environments – multi-site, regulated industries, or MSP/enterprise hybrid architectures
Able to translate technical complexity into business value for audiences ranging from IT technicians to C-level stakeholders
Strong coaching instinct – you actively invest in the growth of those around you
Excellent communication skills in English
Familiarity with Singapore and APAC IT compliance frameworks is a strong advantage
Comfortable with Windows, Linux, and Mac environments; knowledge of scripting and APIs is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
