ACMV Project Engineer

Work Location: • Tai Seng Salary Range • $3,500 – $7,000 Benefits • 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month • 2% Medical Allowance per month Job Responsibilities • Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. • Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are implemented effectively. • Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects. • Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented. • Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities. • Responsible for site supervision and implementation of works. • Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule. • Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule. • Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractors (preferably ACMV). • Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
