Asst QA Engineer

Responsibilities

Assist Quality Engineer in the following areas

Perform incoming inspection

Perform inspection on First Article samples and documentation

Monitor all Quality issues related to in-coming inspection and follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions

Perform outgoing quality inspection

Create and update inspection checklist to inspect the outgoing goods.

Monitor defects found by customer at outgoing to ensure no recurrence.

Generate product quality report, analyze quality data and improve product quality

Hold / Participate in Material Review Board meeting with manufacturing, engineering to review non-conformance parts, in process / outgoing reject disposition

Required skills and competencies:

Min Diploma in Engineering

Data Analysis - MS office (Powerpoint, Excel)

Communications and presentation skills

Basic manufacturing process

Quality process

Quality tools and methods
