Curriculum Manager About Our Client Our client is a mission-driven organisation that works with governments and public sector institutions around the world to strengthen governance capabilities and support national development outcomes. Through executive education programmes, training initiatives, government partnerships, and knowledge creation, they work with senior public sector leaders across Asia, Africa, and other regions. Their programmes focus on developing practical capabilities in areas such as governance, public policy, leadership, ethics, institutional development, and public sector management. They are currently seeking a Curriculum Manager to support the design and development of learning experiences for government leaders and public sector professionals globally. About the Role Working closely with programme delivery teams, you will translate client needs into high-quality learning experiences and curriculum products. This includes developing training materials, case studies, simulation exercises, facilitation resources, digital learning content, and other knowledge products that support programmes delivered to senior civil servants and government agencies. The role requires someone who can independently research complex topics, synthesise information, and transform ideas into engaging and practical learning experiences for adult learners. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop curriculum materials for executive education programmes, including slide decks, case studies, facilitation materials, simulation exercises, learning activities, and digital learning content • Conduct research across a broad range of governance, public policy, leadership, ethics, public sector management, and institutional development topics • Translate complex concepts into structured and engaging learning experiences for senior public sector audiences • Work closely with programme teams to understand client requirements and develop customised learning solutions • Manage the end-to-end curriculum development process from scoping through review and delivery • Collaborate with external experts, consultants, and content partners to develop specialised learning materials • Review and quality assure curriculum outputs to ensure alignment with learning objectives and instructional standards • Contribute to the development of online learning offerings and support the use of learning management systems and digital learning tools • Maintain and update curriculum resources, learning assets, and knowledge repositories Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning, or learning and development • Experience developing learning content for adult learners and professional audiences • Experience within the public sector, civil service, government training, public policy, governance, higher education, or professional education environments • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar subject matter and develop high-quality learning content • Experience creating both in-person and online learning programmes • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Why Apply? • Opportunity to create learning programmes for governments and public sector leaders globally • Exposure to a wide range of governance, leadership, policy, and institutional development topics • Work alongside experienced public sector practitioners and subject matter experts • Hybrid working arrangement based in Singapore If you're interested in the role, please proceed with the application or you may Whatsapp our Consultant Harris directly at +6012-735-6801.
