Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst
Monthly Salary: $7,800 – $10,500 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
• Create and maintain business process models (AS-IS and TO-BE)
• Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Facilitate requirements prioritization and scope management
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
• Create training materials and support change management activities
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycle
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions
• Support project managers with status reporting and risk identification
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CSPO certification preferred
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Ability to bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in financial services or trading environments is a plus
