Condominium Manager

Job Summary

You will lead on-site management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties, ensuring seamless daily operations of condominium facilities. You will administer contracts, resolve owner and council member queries, and coordinate with contractors to uphold property standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property facilities on-site to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations related to maintenance and management of condominium facilities to support smooth functioning
• Administer and manage contracts with service providers to ensure compliance and value delivery
• Respond promptly and effectively to queries from property owners and council members to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair works
• Prepare documentation and materials for council meetings to facilitate informed decision-making
• Apply knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act to ensure regulatory compliance
• Demonstrate initiative and supervise teams to maintain high standards under pressure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Property, Facilities, or Estate Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or maintaining residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
• Experience preparing for and supporting council meetings
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with the ability to work independently under pressure
