Junior Business Analyst (BA)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the successful rollout of a new CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data cleansing, preparation, and migration activities to ensure smooth system implementation

• Gather and document business requirements to help shape CRM configuration

• Assist in CRM implementation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Support general data and visualisation requirements

• Contribute to internal communications related to CRM rollout and updates

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in IT business analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

• Hands-on experience in one or more project support, CRM systems

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
