Technical Business Analyst - SPVL

We are looking for passionate Business Analyst that are enthusiastic in driving strategic product initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Agency’s business teams to elicit citizen/business and Agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods
• Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with Government’s technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack)
• Identify and adopt the appropriate development and delivery approach (Outsourced, Co-Sourced or In-house development)
• Work with internal teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Ensure product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations
• Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations Management)

Requirements:

• More than 4 years experience as Technical Business Analyst
• Good team player, independent, keen to learn and has strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Hands on experience in various stages of product lifecycle from discovery, requirement gathering, solutioning up to delivery
• Experience in working with UX designers in prototyping and translating ideas into effective business solutions
• Preferably with technical background/experiences, able to work closely with technical team
