Job Summary - Accounts Manager
Manage full sets of accounts with accuracy and timeliness, supporting financial operations primarily in property or retail mall sectors. Collaborate effectively within teams and maintain reporting deadlines under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records for property or retail mall-related operations
- Proficient in accounting software such as Accpac, Infotech, EZ to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions efficiently
- Work independently to manage accounting tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and resolve accounting issues under pressure
- Support general office administrative duties to enhance overall operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years or more work experience in handling full sets of accounts, preferably in property or retail mall sectors
